Pyment is $1,054, but $625 is interest.If you sold current house and bought new one with same mortgage amount, but current interest rate of 7%, the payment would be $1,663, interest amount $1,458.So, the interest cost difference would be $833 month!

Hey @Grant Woodward, you can never be too cautious when it comes to guest safety like @Lauren Kormylo said.There are dozens of things at your STR that could cause an injury or worse so making sure all the ducks are in a row and quackin' in unison is one of the most important things you can do.Like @John Underwood said, make sure you have a rock solid insurance policy that covers the pool and adjoining areas.

Buyers don't look for financing and its foreign so they don't jump on a forsale listing on zillow.I've had the best (only) luck with zillow rental adds,   starting with the pitch;  rent to own, live in a great home while you pay off owning it. 

So my question is this, how do I find seller financed deals? 

You pay 10% penalty plus taxes (lets say state and federal of 25%) - so you are paying $70k in taxes so your $200k is now $130k.

There will not be one PM covering all the places you mention in your post, so maybe refine your search a little, and then you can start interviewing.
