If you want an extra layer of protection, you can definitely have them submit a photocopy or picture of their ID after their lease signing, and maybe also state something along those lines in the lease as well.

You would pull up a browser (even if it was a Yahoo browser) and you woudl look something up.If I were to ask you to Xerox something for me (well if you are an 70's-80's- 90's kid), you would make a photo copy of a document efen if it was on a cannon printer.Having a branded name can result in truly dominating your market.Example:"SEO for real estate investors", is not a name.

I know that between Google Earth Pro and county-maintained GIS platforms it is possible to get a lot of property information for free, but I imagine that for folks without day-to-day experience, it can be time-consuming and often frustrating.On top of that, often times data is unavailable in less urban areas or available only in paper or PDF format which means scanning photo-copied images that are barely readable.
