Awesome to see a new investor-minded person here.. do you have a favorite real estate success story already?

I've found the people who want to charge for their time and "mentorship" typically need the money because they are struggling- maybe not the best person to take financial advice from. 

And I feel the ideal portfolio can benefit from the diversification of both.1) Holdfolio isn't a match for me, personally (due to not enough experience, skin in the game, etc).

Personally, we use Foremost and are very happy with them.

Hi Eric, I use Doug Lyons with Lyons Home Inspections for all of my personal properties and all of my clients.

I'm now finally here in person, and have started to go view places in person with the intent of purchasing. 

Now I am realizing there are too many of them for me to personally execute on, but I also hate the idea of wasted opportunities.How does an experienced investors actually scale their operations besides just hiring VAs?
