Hey Marc - Offering free Netflix can be a nice bonus for guests and make your property more appealing, especially for longer stays.

I am aware of products once I own the property, but what about lines of credit to secure a winning bid? 

On a side note I also used John Maher at Key Properties to sell< purchase and run my property if you don’t have that lined up yet.

I did not do this step as I already knew what to expect .. they would further position you, sell you, invoke that greed within you, then have you sign on the dotted line and pay them.
