It's a pale gray that looks great against a pop of white on trim or ceiling.

But somebody like myself that has a minimum wage job and has a pale of CASH sitting in a bank with no real loan security because of DTI.

But the money you spend on a property manager pales in comparison to the money you will lose if you don't do it right.

People have mentioned increased wages, but the wage increase % seems to pale in comparison to the median home price increase. 

This may pale compared to a flip but these are two different strategies with different risks.

Unfortunately this neighbor is not a good source of information concerning the tenants as they’ve either escalated the parking situation to the point of petty vandalism or they’ve become so obsessed with the vehicle parked in front of their house that they’re willing to go beyond the pale.  

Cash flow also pales in return compared to high appreciation returns.  

Plus if this really is a great deal, the amount of appreciation and cash flow you will make over the next 5 years should pale in comparison to an agent commission.
