Ogle has furnishings, decor, rugs, etc.That said, I typically outfit the furnishings in my properties with more expensive things than Ogle typically carries.  

You can ask for references on smaller outfits or Mom and Pops type individuals.

I run into am outfit  that will lend money against those properties. 

This will get you 90 to 95% of the way once you have your new place outfitted.

I would always choose a local company with great reviews and experience over a national outfit.

Furnishing and outfitting a 3/2 SF home is a lot more expensive than a 1 BR studio apartment. 

Shockingly, the owners that respond to postcards want to sell for prices that simply don't crunch as rentals.I can tell you that from the other side of those brightly-colored post cards (the one the I tossed out today was bright green), that property owners are being flooded with postcards from all over the country (green was an outfit in FLA).  

But, they seem to either be a broker or an outfit that table funds -- nothing wrong w/ either (and also I could be wrong, just making an assumption based on their materials).
