This is the type of work that sets the pros apart from the novices.

Now, you have a lot of novice (and experienced) syndicators running into major cashflow issues and more than a couple have already turned their properties back to the bank in foreclosure.  

The panic of all this only highlights how many VERY novice players we have in this industry, and that is the real fearful item. 

I want to know that first and foremost, and then we can have a conversation about what the right call is to make with respect to the underlying investment because I will trust the decision making of a GP with years of substantited experience and a few losses on the board over  the novice who purports to have a perfect track record.

Usually, novice investor is asking this question to realtor.Now since you are in San Diego, you should try to "sell" in San Diego and "be creative" in San Diego.If San Diego realtor is also investing OOS then there's no point become realtor in San Diego lol ; sorry but you have to find out market opps in your market, we expect you to exploit the oops and give it to us lol
