To keep the momentum going I've joined BP to get more education on acquisitions, financing and connect. 

I’ll be sure to network as much as possible , I’m hungry to get the momentum going !

I have been gaining momentum for three years and I often think if I had just pulled the trigger years ago I would be in a much better position.

In regards to Columbus, Columbus is growing for sure I just don't buy the momentum as an outright view like a lot of investors are.

That's my biggest piece of advice is to just get started so the momentum (and equity) can start building.

They are incredible deals and would give me the momentum to get the ball rolling in my real estate investing. 

The momentum there is simply OOS investors with novice understanding. 

It is, you're going to see the  momentum swinging away from "society owes us", "dei", the multiple gender-isms or what it's called into logic. 

It’s in an area where OKC demolished some historical black neighborhoods to make room for the health center and interstate, and it’s finally starting to get momentum to rebuild.The house was built in the last 10 years and looks modern, it's in good shape with a small backyard.

I'm having difficulties getting momentum in my wholesale operation, been at it for a year now.
