I've been a real estate investor my entire life, doing my first deal as a senior in high school ($5,000 mobile home).

The mobile home I would only want to keep for a few years to live in before building a new home. 

We provide free medical coverage, free food, free housing, free cell phones, free internet, free clothing, free transportation, guaranteed employment for any/all who ask (salvation army), free furnishing of a home, free temporary housing, free shelters, free free free......

It looks to have a very high number of mobile homes for sale.

Sunrise on the other hand invests in mobile homes and parking lots for the most part.  

BP mobile site isn't user friendly either so apologies for the typos.Maybe I'm optimistic, but I still think I'll get my money back.

I've finished the course and I was given free a mobile home that needs to be rehabbed so I'll wholesale it thru cogo capital folks too.

The combination of multiple income streams (motel rooms and RV spaces) and its location near outdoor recreation and a nearby urban center makes it an intriguing deal.I have experience as a broker working on RV park and mobile home park (MHP) transactions, and I’m currently working on deals in this space.
