The worst part--the last guy swore to me it wasn't MLM and that he was being mentored by some local serial entrepreneur who is looking for young, ambitious millennials with 'that spark' in them. 

When the Millennials do settle down, get married, have a couple of kids — at a later age than previous generations — we know single family with good schools looks a lot more attractive.

Outside the city, I would throw in Conshohocken, West Conshohocken, Ardmore, and Bryn Mawr as places "trending up" with millennial renters.  

This is going to become "Millennial City," with a fair percentage of retired Boomers for extra community flavor.Another opportunity arising from this rezoning may be found as a result of the new opening of most of the "commercial only" zonings for multi-family and mixed use projects here, with current market prices that don't necessarily reflect the near future.

What corp America does in Residential, well, I do not get too excited.For me, I look at inventory of avail residential houses and how tight is credit for buyers.FHA is loosing somewhat, but there are the Millennials not buying homes stifling the housing market.  

Also, AZREIA has a subgroup called AZREIA Millennial Investors.

My generation (millennials-largely the demo moving to NC) prefer to rent on the whole.

As a millennial my first thought was to throw the house on Facebook for rent, then do some real marketing later.
