I wasn’t trying to be long winded, with too much detail, in my initial post but I actually did this method on a fix and flip.

One of my grips is that Pace is  getting groupies all excited and is making a method that could be used Respectfully in the right situation look bad for promoting it heavily among noobs.  

What skills do you bring that are superior to those you want to raise money from?

Key Check gave me credit and debt load, which was surprising, as most other methods people don't share.

I think this is a solid method for building a portfolio and wealth.

I’m focused on buy-and-hold properties, fix-and-flips, and exploring the BRRRR method.

That creates a compelling opportunity for investors willing to get in ahead of the curve.I’ve been investing there since 2019 and have built a 12-door portfolio primarily using the BRRRR method.

Or are there other methods you’d recommend that could align better with my goals?

Unfortunately, while there are other methods to acquire investment properties, the reality is you need cash and reserves to plan and set up your investment portfolio accordingly. 

Brandon Turner outlined this method in one of the older podcasts and there are previous posts in the forums.
