There are many alternative fuel solutions coming down the pipeline now (pun intended :wink: ).

The trail of broken hearts and pocket books ( non pun intended on Big pockets) is long and tragic for those that get lined up with the wrong folks.

And  ask lots of questions, the community here is great and can be a good forum (pun intended) for brainstorming in between local meet ups.What areas are you trying to expand and improve in?

The tide is definitely rising in New Brunswick (That's a pun directed at the Bay of Fundy) but it is still possible to find good deals.

Good luck on that one.like I said Texas is fine for locals that know the ins and outs.. its highly risky for out of state investors who have zero knowledge of these underlying issues ( no pun intended) and end up learning the hard wayI have funded millions upon millions of dollars of rehab money that went to fixing foudnations in the Deep south not only Texas but other states.. its just reality.. but never talked about .. look up any thread on Bp about Texas foundations I bet there are none.

This "cottage Industry" (pun intended) is unfolding big time right before our very eyes.

While you can usually buy them on the cheap that's not to say that you'll ever get your money back and you're on the hook for the rent, utilities, etc. while you're trying to sell it.Look for MHC's that are gentrifying and in an upwardly mobile (pun intended) geographic and socio economic locations.
