It is often too difficult emotionally or mentally exhausting to give up their previous home.

You could benefit from meeting with folks that are actively applying theory into practice which could help clear up the mental fog you're experiencing. 

So I get good mental exercise here, or try to, while getting some added REI "fix" and if I can get challenged that's just extra credit, as is learning something new is icing on the cake. 

I oppose their mentality. 

It seems Kris cares far more about helping people have mental shifts and re-framing negative situations than he does spamming relatives on social media about why they need to be apart of his down line.

It's a pretty versatile software and so far it's the best thing I have found for an investor/agent (I find podio too confusing).

@Allan Kapoor, when I bought my first property my defining mental moment is when I decided that I didn't care if I lost money!

AND IF SHE DID, I would suggest not to go into REI because that charity mentality will lead you to go BK.
