Even if these relationships don't go anywhere, you'll get a lot from just having a couple of calls.Next I would try to find some local investment groups/communities and try to chat with as many investors as you can to get an idea how other's started out in your market.

I've had to use Craigslist a couple times in a pinch because I didn't know anyone local and needed pictures asap. 

They are more useful IMO for getting chunks of equity right off the bat thru value add and then either realizing that equity by flipping it and using for a down payment on something bigger or hold a couple years and then sell at that point to do that then. 

I was only with realize for maybe a couple weeks, so cant really speak on them. 

Just a couple of notes:You need 8712 sqft of land for 3 units for r-2 in Tucson.  

Ask their customer service to walk you through the above options if needed.It shouldn't take more than a couple hours of research to try out the top platforms and identify which feels the best for you.

I don't remember that legal argument arising in the last couple of cases I was in, so it just may not have been addressed.   

Also ask, when you submit the plans does the city give a hard time on all the stuff or just a couple things.
