Luxury rentals? 

Hi David, Some people honestly do not like jumping through hoops just to go see a property or entertain offers as it just becomes a headache to gather stuff.On the other hand, if its a luxury property or something worth a couple million, wasting time on non qualified borrowers is something to also consider.What is the listed price for this property?

I've had similar experiences with the luxury vinyl planks.   

It's been my thought that the most appropriate luxury for a vacation home in Gatlinburg is a Gatlin gun. 

I would consider taking over a turnkey property there but wouldn't advise investing in a conversion unless you're going super luxury or simply want to enjoy the area yourself frequently.

As luxury vacation short-term rental hosts, has anyone faced a similar situation or have suggestions on how to proceed?  

I do believe that their alleged name is pure bs.I, too, do not have the luxury of only accepting known callers.

We don’t have the luxury of letting visitors wait for a page to load because they will simply hit the back button after you’ve already paid Google $10-$30 for that click (and maybe even more!).
