What a coincidence three days later after the kady from Home Vestor made me a ridiculous offer and tried to scared me with the city and loosing my house , the inspectors showed up at my house citing me for the same exact things she said .

besides looking for leaks, we look for raised shingles, loose shingles, some shingles on the ground, etc. 

I assume investor still risks loosing money?

I am also becoming an agent soon and it is an illegal practice of law to draft a lease agreement as an agent and one could loose their license.

You would not see water on bathroom floor, but rather would start getting loose tiles first, and when you remove them, you would see a wet slab.

I'm in the Providence RI area, I've been using deal machine to virtually d4d, I am trying to find the most efficient ways of finding a steady inflow of strong leads but I have only get loose ones. 

Here are a few:- Loose stair railings that you decided to fix next year instead of now because money is tight.- The wasp nest that you noticed underneath the front porch and decided to disregard.- A hot tub that isn't wired correctly because you hired the housekeeper's husband to do it for you for 50 bucks.- The shiny new barbeque grill that you had the housekeepers place on the wood deck next to the railings.- That quirky, and warm, light switch that you didn't notice because you haven't been to the property in a year.- The shower that you noticed is awfully hot but failed to check into it more before you left.And so on. 

To say they use too much TP is a DEFECT of property as it's NOT working in standard order and you WILL loose in court.
