I will continue being active in my community and saving the articles published about this, I have found my name mentioned quite a few times by my local chamber of commerce so being involved with their programs (BendYP, Leadership Bend) seems be a good way generate source material.I also signed up for HARO (Help A Reporter Out) so that I can contribute to articles being written about relevant topics and get my name published that way.

Most of the area immediately surrounding Yale's campus is either owned by Yale or institutional owners.I am not aware of a New Haven specific investor's group but there are a couple meetups on BP and the CTREIA has recently had a change in leadership and has been more worthwhile than before.Hope this helps!

If it wont be a "active brokerage", I believe it will be a epic failure.Agents need hands on support.Agents need leadership and motivation.Otherwise a bunch of useless goons will just park their license by you, and not generate you any real $Iv'e seen it all, literally.....
