Hi Alfred Green - I honestly haven't dug very deeply into the BP beginner's guide, so I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing it doesn't cover the more intricate details of land investing (simply because there are a lot of things in land that just don't apply to the more common niches in real estate).Also, SFR = Single Family ResidentialTo be honest, I don't think there are a ton of resources out there about how to specifically target land in a way that can actually make money quickly.

You can partner and give that individual equity (more intricate). 

@Kenny Kuramoto there are a lot of very intricate topics on here that can help once you get rolling but to someone who is new may not be as helpful.

Learning each person’s strategy and comfort level intricately, then hunting and analyzing deals that hit that sweet spot is more time-consuming than checking comps.

What I have been running into lately is when I ask to pull comps and/or tax records they say ok but never perform, or deliver too slowly which has resulted in me missing out on deals as I don't want to make analysis and/or offers based Solely my comps (Zillow, Trulia,etc), as I'm fairly new to the industry.My question is; What are some things that I can do to add value to the situation, so that its a mutual benefit on the front end, thus becoming a priority to the RE Agent, as I feel they are a very intricate part to any good investor's Power Team.Also, if there are any here please feel free to reach out directly and/or refer them.Any info is greatly appreciated...

There's a park here in tricities, where a whole bunch of tenants are moving their mobiles out of this big, nice park, because the owner is just not nice at all. 

We don't virtually wholesale though, your sales game has to be on an extremely high level....if you get that nailed down I'd love to connect and understand the intricate details of getting a signature without going to the property.

We are not only actively doing deals here but we have a deal under contract now and we are local to the market so we are well aware of the intricate market dynamics compared to out-of-state investors. 

It probably saved me a week of time sitting with the auditor as she went through two tax years in what seemed to be intricate detail to resolve their questions.
