Hi Alfred Green - I honestly haven't dug very deeply into the BP beginner's guide, so I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing it doesn't cover the more intricate details of land investing (simply because there are a lot of things in land that just don't apply to the more common niches in real estate).Also, SFR = Single Family ResidentialTo be honest, I don't think there are a ton of resources out there about how to specifically target land in a way that can actually make money quickly.

What I have been running into lately is when I ask to pull comps and/or tax records they say ok but never perform, or deliver too slowly which has resulted in me missing out on deals as I don't want to make analysis and/or offers based Solely my comps (Zillow, Trulia,etc), as I'm fairly new to the industry.My question is; What are some things that I can do to add value to the situation, so that its a mutual benefit on the front end, thus becoming a priority to the RE Agent, as I feel they are a very intricate part to any good investor's Power Team.Also, if there are any here please feel free to reach out directly and/or refer them.Any info is greatly appreciated...
