According to the MLS, there are 4 or 5 properties within spitting distance of that intersection that are listed at $1,200 and one that is listed for $2k which has been sitting for over 2 months.

I am unsure as this is a new idea I’ve stumbled across reading Rich dad Poor Dad What is it called when someone - buys a home at an auction underpriced- sells it for higher with seller financing - and takes intersect and makes profit off of new buyer?

Now there are a lot more homes in the area but still kid of in a country setting but not too far from two main roads, and right next to a intersect.

I guess I'm looking at it like buying a new car, there is a point where the loan balance and the value intersect and that is the prime to to sell or do you hold the car until it dies... 

So pretty much everywhere except for the I-35/183 intersection is expensive.

Fine at the higher end, when it's comparable to other units, better make sure the rooms are square as the eye picks up the imperfections much quicker running an angle to an intersecting plane, especially in in an empty room. :)
