Revenues can fall like a stone in any # of instances.

In each instance, fault was on person B (Yourself in this scenario) and NOT on person A who the tree trunk was on there property but limbs overhanging neighbors, AS LONG AS they had readily allowed and made no conflict to person B cutting out/down whatever was projecting onto there property line. 

If the block is crime ridden, in so many instances what you put in it one day is gone the next day.

I am against subto and very vocal about it - in this instance if you can get a property for $95k that someone is going to pay you $158k in 11 months from now....

I'm not invested in note funds but for instance in a scenario where there's an Operator at the property level - such as multi-family self-storage, etc - and also a Syndicator who raised money for the deal.

Many folks would I bet Personally, I have no price and prefer sleeping well at night haha  Jay knows an instance where my company was printing money “cleanly” but where in bed with an operator that wasn’t legit.Cut ties and cost us probably millions in doing so…

It was a rare instance when a Section 8 tenant moved out of one of my rentals in Oakland.

If i can invest it and make a significant better return after tax than paying it down I would do that but in this instance you will never be able to achieve returns that match credit card debt.

In Canada we've had several towns destroyed-in some instances it was the entire town, others it was large parts.Anytime something like this happens, there are problems that come to light. 

And a business license is nothing and not required in almost all instances other than where you might be domiciled.
