No they did not but I've only put out numerous email inquiries;however, the answer from ALL has either been No or we don't do HELOC at all.Regarding your comment on the proposed solution, I'm not sure i follow.

I don’t know if Patrick was completely duped by Robert as well, but I do know that when I make inquiries, Patrick directs me straight to REM and doesn’t address the issues himself.Patrick seems to be a very intelligent guy and, honestly, I still occasionally listen to his educational content, but I will never invest with him again. is he licensed series 7 so he can legally take fees or was he a principal or employee so he could legally take fees ?

@John Warren we have the same thing here with applicants and we will get 20-30 inquiries with a few days of posting. 1 bedrooms are no brainers, we have a waiting list for them.

Streeteasy allows NYC agents & landlords to advertise "no fee" rentals which many like to take advantage of to receive more inquiries, applications, and fill vacancies sooner.Right now, Streeteasy has 4,567 Brooklyn rentals listed and 3,196 are marketed as "no fee".In addition to this, section 8, cityfheps, and other rental assistance programs usually pay the broker fee instead of the landlord or tenant paying.Hope this helps!

But vacancy rates doubled which wipes out your profit to the point of negative cash flow territory if you have a newer mortgage with a higher rate.The number of inquiries have gone up exponentially but the number of qualified renters have gone down exponentially.
