Yes, of course, unless you want to put a unnecessarily large down-payment on a "pricy" property to make the cash-flow work but sacrifice on your returns and leverage.

I'm just the one shelling out money unnecessarily. 

it is pretty stupid to unnecessarily piss off a client and 2. it is pretty stupid to give advice beyond the scope of your license and create unnecessary, uncompensated liability.....  

I stop myself and realize how ridiculous this is, can't nail every deal perfectly.Anyone else beat themselves up unnecessarily?

Also, unnecessarily creating a turnover, with all the associated work and expenses, doesn't make business sense.

As a property owner of the well, the water for use on the lawn is one thing, for use in a pool where the water is could be ingested is another,, I'm not sure what would happen if the well water became contaminated, but it's a possibility,, Yes the chlorine in the pool would kick in but not till the clorinator is activated.
