It's hard to focus when you have so many balls in the air and some of those balls need dedicated attention because you didn't do your homework at inception.   

I hear people talking about air flow etc.

Items cannot be stacked against wall prohibiting natural air flow to guard against mold, etc ?? 

They're not connected to the electricity grid and don't have air conditioning or amenities.

You can use a market rent 1007, Air DNA, to qualify.

It is typically caused by excess humidity (showering or cooking) and can be resolved by teaching the tenant to use ventilation fans and airing out the home once a week for 10-15 minutes.

I would also strongly recommend mounting outdoor Air Condensers higher up.
