@Val BerechetAs much as I think it’s disingenuous for the international media to focus on any incident in Mexico they can get their hands on while conveniently ignoring to report identical if not worse crime in their own backyard, I don’t really mind after all.Indeed, it makes people aware of the problem (in case they’re not) and, most importantly, It forces the Mexican authorities to act promptly and preventatively (which they normally always end up to do) and everybody is better off because of that.

If the buyer does not have the financial ability to close, and won’t close without being able to flip the contract, then quite possibly the buyer has committed fraud

The group now has 30 members with discussion around negligence, mishandling of funds, fraud, and residual damages.On 6/26 my attorney sent a demand letter to Jeff Swiecicki requesting immediate payment of the balance owed.As of 6/30 Jeff Swiecicki has refused to pay back rightfully owed funds and refers us back to his 6/4 email to wait 90 days.

We even made little signs to go up on the. door and on the kitchen to warn about fraud since it is more likely with self-guided showings.
