We'll have two private beach clubs (most developments in Tulum have none) and amenities at least as good if not better amenities than any other development in town. the great thing is that being close to the beach fits my lifestyle and vacation style so my goals are congruent.

Take AirBnB as an example: no one previously thought that a mass market existed for homeowners to let strangers in their homes, or for strangers to rent their space hotel-style.

But that really isn’t my learning style.

The style looked very similar, but they were made with solid wood. 

I'd probably go back and listen to a year's worth of podcasts and see if you like his style and info. 

I've generally gone out for those sorts of trips unless you really trust the team to have a sharp eye as a lot of the styling happens once everything arrives and you have to make it fit together. 

Do most investors tour Home Depot/Lowes starting off to see what style of kitchen cabinets they want to put in their rehab?

Everyone's learning style is different.
