I just wanted to give you guys a heads up.

They're just brokering you to other carriers.  

So, I called my coach and he got super defensive and was threatening that he was recording the call and was going to send his lawyers after me if I involved his name.It just seems like it’s been one thing after the next, I recently spoke with another group of students that had an accepted offer and Ryan and Tyler and their partners backed out on that deal as well possibly ruining a broker relationship for their students.

@Andrew Slezak I recommend you first articulate precisely the liability events or concern which are pushing you to transfer the property to an LLC.

The common thought is to not rent to friends or family.

How you made it to 50 on spreadsheets is mind blowing to me.

I do know that I was able to archive my QB data and still have access to it for up to a year after I canceled my subscription.

This is where keeping a cool head and using good negotiation skills will likely yield the best outcome.Good luck.
