This is just my guess, but I'm sure someday Property Meld will be integrated with rentvine.I never used Apfolio, but everyone says the customer service is terrible.

I guess this is an introduction of sorts, and a request for any help with the following questions.:1)  I've spent some time lurking here on BP and using the calculators to analyze potential options. 

Any management fee structure (monthly fees) is simply a guess with regard to what will keep the PMC in the black in relation to the work that will be needed to manage the door. 

I have made reasonable efforts on all complaints - but I guess you can never make some people happy.

I guess when you speak of skip tracing folks you just mean seeing if you find a contact to actually speak.

I’m pretty sure if your eyes go straight to an air vent, that is bad design 😂😂😂😂 I knew the game room needed a refresh but if that was the focal point I guess it was worse than I thought lol

I see there are like 4 in the whole Valley right now, so I am guessing it was not a great avenue for you...?
