That rent guarantee is pretty valuable considering it is all you get from your tenant.I've heard that a landlord with a legitimate grievance against a S8 tenant can file a complaint with HUD that could result in the tenant's voucher getting revoked.  

So many people have grievances with this countries history its almost as if were supposed to just forget all that happened, i dont want people to constantly blame "the man" i don't like that mentality at all.Its not about the country owing you anything its about giving everyone a equal playing field and the creme will rise to the top, thats the way i see the world.

As stated, we are not trying to specifically cause any grievance or rift between you and us, it is simply a matter of what is law and fair.

As far as the tenant, I think their original grievance was fair.

in Nassau County, New York, as a friendly reminder, the filing period for commencing a tax cert (tax grievance) proceeding for property in Nassau County ends on March 1, 2022.

What's your policy there, assuming you got all the keys back (of course, you never know about addl. copies) and that the tenant left on a good note (i.e. not evicted, no grievances...).

Listing agent will be able to file a procuring cause grievance against any buyers agent that represents you.

c) if they did do it on purpose, what do you think they are trying to do...perhaps extort you for relocation costs or get out of their lease early (in a way harder way than necessary), or get revenge on you for some perceived grievance?d

And then there is the Note school 30 to 40k to learn to buy notes ... etc etc.So as stated what specifically other than you lost money is your main point and grievance with this guru company.  

The tenants (middle aged african american couple with 1 son my age who stays at the house sometimes and 1 older son in the army who does not live nearby)  have been there for 11 months and claim they have no interest in moving and claimed to have no grievances with the current landlord.
