That rent guarantee is pretty valuable considering it is all you get from your tenant.I've heard that a landlord with a legitimate grievance against a S8 tenant can file a complaint with HUD that could result in the tenant's voucher getting revoked.

So many people have grievances with this countries history its almost as if were supposed to just forget all that happened, i dont want people to constantly blame "the man" i don't like that mentality at all.Its not about the country owing you anything its about giving everyone a equal playing field and the creme will rise to the top, thats the way i see the world.

The tenants (middle aged african american couple with 1 son my age who stays at the house sometimes and 1 older son in the army who does not live nearby)  have been there for 11 months and claim they have no interest in moving and claimed to have no grievances with the current landlord.
