Or did joint ventures with people and next thing you know has $2M in judgments against them, which you can say deals go bad but still have not found someone who made money working with this person... meanwhile they sell $15k training courses.What I would say is the money is made from being a social media influencer.

I mainly handle the entirety of our leasing/marketing departments so since I'm able to cut the time I spend on showings in half, I'm finding a lot more time to reach out to new leads and form genuine connections with prospectives which really pays off when it's time to sign a lease!
