People twist off every day and living next to someone who is so tightly wound only increases your odds of being one of those hit by shrapnel when it happens.

It also is a readily available choice which just adds to the allure, unlike say "Peanut, Carmel, Cranola Twist" or some such.

Nobody twisted her arm to move into an apartment where she's not on the lease.

However after some gentle persistence I was able to follow up with a phone call and scheduled a breakfast w/ him last Friday.

This one has a twist in that @Justin Klepfer is evicting a sub-lessor and not the person on the leaseJustin- Like I said earlier in the thread, I believe you made a mistake by not adding the tenant on the lease as part of the eviction.

The Twist Bob just died and left his kids the property.

And our mortgage company will not allow a lease option (saying they would call the total amount due).Any pointers, advice, ideas or "stop crying" will be accepted, just be gentle.:)

The relationship goes much smoother if you use a gentle touch when asserting your many rights.

Another twist to this strategy would be to do short term rental with one of the units, and long term rental on the others.
