@Jared Smith yes you are on right tract.

Basically the house was built as part of a "tract", which consists of many lots.

I also own a tract-built, platform-framed brick-veneer townhouse condo built cheaply in the 1970s for ignorant trash with pretensions, and it has 2x4 ceiling joists and a truss-filled attic I wouldn't dare try to turn into living space.

The way they set up the qualifying census tracts it had to due to high poverty, low income. 

My question is if anyone has any experience as to if large tracts of land ebb and flow the way the rest of the market does in highs and lows.

In one instance a developer wanted to purchase a tract of land to build SFR that abuts to a heavily developing commercial/recreational area.

Finally, I've had a hard time figuring out addresses based on census tract numbers that are QOZ designated areas.

Basic are we purchased two tracts of land vitally located in middle of a large commercial development for $2.5 million.

I discovered today that the house is located within one of HUD's QCT Qualified Census Tracts.
