The intention and the bizz model was fix and flip and sell which we did we never held these longer than about 18 months.

As a rookie the fear is that I make a horrible purchase which ends up costing me my primary home.About me, I have been fixing aircraft for over 20 years and this is primary income.

I imagine this is a similar model to Redfin's associate agent program that pays by hour/tour.

The property manager brought it to my attention only once and I told him to fix it.

Has anyone taken this course and if so what is your take on the business model and the course itself?

If it's the same 212 loan that I have some high level knowledge on, they offer fix and flip loans and are generally associated with a specific wholesaling firm.
