You might also meet title agents who have resources on, say, foreclosures or probates…and might recommend lenders who actually lend on more difficult projects (as the title companies also know which lenders can close and which are difficult).I also go visit open houses to see what sorts of finish to put on my renovations or to look for the next house or area in which to purchase.

I manage hundreds of rentals and most of them are caulked every 5 - 10 years.DR Horton was the builder, and after we did two inspections and closed on the house, we found out that a good chunk of the roof was missing - they quickly finished the roofing.

The DIYers are welcome, but these kind of deals take a solid 150-200 hrs for the average first timer from start to finish and a minimum cash position of $175k (if you DIY the design/furnishing; more if you want to be hands off).

of those I like next door best because it is hard to fake and the reviews are easily tied to a reviewer in your community.The costs of ADUs vary significantly for various reasons including by ground up vs conversion, difficulty with lot (sloes, access, etc), finishes, and even the size (bigger typically have lower PSF).Good luck

At this point, instead of continuing to pay the interest loan payments on properties that we will never be able to financially finish since the rehab loans will not cover the actual cost of the rehab, I wanted to know the ramifications of returning the properties to the loan servicer, deed in lieu.
