@James Wise, a long-term BiggerPockets user, was sued for $7.2M by Clayton Morris for reporting on Morris on his YouTube channel.

I second what Colin said about getting on VRBO and other channels too (Booking.com?)

It’s best to channel energy towards the future and not dwell on negative things. 

@Michael Baum Thank you, I didn't know it was Evasive but honestly thank you it seems like to alot of people that it was a bunch of jargon/mumbo jumbo and I need to be straight forward I took everyones advice and have actually been getting more replies I've only been calling and emailing landlords/apartment complexes for about a week now so I'm still green but thank you for your feed backIt's hard to show gratitude through a screen but really thank you Micheal truthfully, I will/have make more changes I definitely don't want to be evasive.

Because the grid is getting feed via solar, a person in many markets can get solar power, the question is via a privatized system or via the utility provider.

@Megan Mason recommend you watch some of the videos from @James Wise youtube channel on S8 evictions.We've been dealing with S8 tenants for over 20 years and they are NOT a cure-all for rent collection challenges.Since rents in Class A & B areas exceed S8 limits, most of your S8 rentals are going to be in Class C/D areas.
