UPS Worldport in Louisville is the largest automated package handling facility in the world, acting as a global logistics hub and supporting thousands of jobs.

but it was pretty comical for a while.Also with Intels issues its going to be a long haul for the Columbus facility to get going I would not be speculating on that market and thinking Intel is going to be a major driver in the next few years..

Renting to a group home or adult care facility can be a viable option, but it comes with specific considerations.

I understand that there are potential self storage facilities that can return 20% cash on cash if improvements can be made.
