If you purchased at high LTV, in 6 months there is unlikely to be enough equity to be worth trying to extract equity.  

Have you tried to extract the value add; have you gotten an appraisal?

This is a more meaningful response compared to the others.

With prices where they're at and rates still relatively high (even with the recent drops), I don't see LTRs anywhere in Colorado cash-flowing in a meaningful way. 

I think it's more psychological than meaningful right now, but rates will continue to drop.

But what government is going to allow an alternative unregulated currency challenge their fiat currency at any meaningful scale? 

My 3BR rents range from $1,425 to $2,000 which shows why it is almost impossible to give you meaningful rent data without you being more specific.At this point, I wouldn't discount the online systems such as Zillow so much.
