If I am wrong, then please clarify what is and what is not allowed in response to someone stating that they need a CPA.If I am correct, then let me tell you that these rules are enforced very inconsistently, and there're a few people who have been committing these violations repeatedly for months, seemingly without any repercussions for this behavior.

They are billed as "a scientific approach to single-family rentals" and use "institutional grade property management," which usually means they are a tech company in real estate and likely either don't have the existing property management relationships in each area or you chose an area where they don't have enough units through Roofstock for the PM they chose to care.

The foundation was already approved, permitted and finaled years ago for a 3400 sf house, and its solid and I won't be building directly on the overhang edge; but rather back away from the edge a few feet to prevent any load issues all the weight will be on the longer sides of the existing footing.

Also consider all lenders will require to review your insurance when underwriting a loan and it's likely a violation of your existing loan documents to let the properties go uninsured even if they didn't require insurance escrows.
