I would say the same principle applies in the smaller world as well.

I think this principle applies to everything in life.

The same principle applies to real estate syndications.

When staff members are well-informed, they understand the situation better and can assist in the transition process.Throughout my career, I have followed these principles of transparency when selling properties.

So, you can see where believing that doing everything honest and ethical and being a “good” landlord would not always save you from being named in a lawsuit.  

Real Estate or ART or Jewelry or your kids baseball card collection.The principles apply to whatever you are buying. 

Maybe even less for reasons I just touched on.I'll spare some of the moral and ethical opinions on this, but I do feel we as real estate professionals, investors, and landlords also have an obligation to help provide housing to everyone. 

Most of what I write from here applies to this type of property because that's what is customarily purchased by new investors who prioritize cash flow and should not be construed as general principles of real estate.
