Verifying last 2 years of rental history very important!

While I don't have ideas on compelling Airbnb to do the right thing (unless you have national news reporter friends), what you've reported is one of my fears and you've had a great and successful history of bookings so far.

I am assuming I should only apply for one loan approval since pulling my credit score/history will lower my credit number. 

Like most Sherrif sales in the Eastern half of the country the sale has to be confirmed after the fact by a judge.

There's quite a bit of history with this property management company:1) They failed to notify me when the original tenant stopped paying rent in early 2023.

It’s especially effective in eastern PA, where competition and inventory can be tough.If you’ve got $80K, I’d suggest capping your initial spend at $60-65K.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

Review the quality of the tenant base (do they have a history of paying on time, what were the original screening criteria, do they have applications on file).
