By chance, can you point me anywhere where I can find a download/excel format deal sheet template that I can use with a hard money source showing all the calcs/totals on one sheet that is clean looking?

@Robert Kemp Brandon Turner's book, "The Book on Rental Property Investing" includes downloadable guides that spell out the qualifications that applicants must meet to be eligible.

The Cuyahoga public library is connected to this app called Libby and you can connect your library account to the app and download all these free books and audiobooks and I just listen to them when I'm driving and have been blasting through a bunch lately! 

The book has downloadable forms and is filled with useful information.
