I have seen this behavior in past and while I can't bet my head that people will act in similar ways as in past I believe there is very high probability that they will. 

They disagree because they are for you.These are some observations of thin-skinned behavior:1.

All to say behaviors are belief driven.

Switching refis off in cells G79 and H79 shows this.Btw I did noticed the model doesn't display well when clicking the link, and it doesn't work in google sheets so I'll look into that.

I personally believe this is just alarmist behavior.

Carlos, and others, are, it seems to me, merely pointing out that the behavior only stops when LPs stop giving GPs their money without making it clear that they can’t win until LP capital is returned.

What can I do to discourage this behavior?
