But this image has become so distorted over the years, it seems America's leaders are a thing of the past, extinct like the dinosaurs.

And thanks to CA Prop 13, they get their parents' property tax basis from what the property was worth when dinosaurs roamed the East Bay.

We've already seen Sears go the way of the dinosaur, and those retailers will continue to take hits.

We do get folks on their way to Yellowstone, a fair number of fishermen on our river, some fall hunters, and of course folks visiting our hot springs and dinosaur museum.

You're probably not a multinational conglomerate like Berkshire Hathaway that owns numerous other service providers in the industry, and you're not RE/MAX, who is effectively continuing to profit from being the biggest dinosaur on the block for a long time.I hang my license with a local 100% broker.

You get access to the MLS, which does have some good data (although it is a dinosaur in terms of usability).
