I wouldn't leave it until Nov to deal with the drywall especially you are in an area where it is warm and humid (mold can grow quickly).

It’s warm but not unbearable, and with little to no snow, it’s more desirable for people trying to escape those conditions. 

The aroma is amazing and the taste either neat or over ice is smooth and warm with a little bit of hug!
