Why do you feel these posts contribute nothing to the forums when this particular forum is specifically designed to review real estate businesses?

Unless the designer has a good social/online footprint with designs I like, I would think twice before hiring them no matter what others say.  

Ok, so I see this might have been a design flaw in the original build so there isn't much you can do unless you rip it all out.You could have it all scoped and see what's what so you can get an idea of what you are dealing with.You could comp the guests a night.

They seem to be trying to use a PMC model designed for Class A properties/tenants for Class B, C and sometimes D.Can't use the same business model for all classes of properties/tenants. 

NO house layout is designed for maximum revenue. 

This will get you the name on the dog on record designating that specific animal as their ESA.

To most people, that would mean nothing, but she has strong marketing and design background.

Wrong Property Management ApproachIt doesn’t matter how good the people who are doing the property management are, if they are not using a property management approach designed for co-living, everyone loses.
