If they do, be very careful in denying them because they are too large.

@Denis Ponder it's a great way to build a portfolio, even if you only do it a couple times it can be a powerful strategy.

Update to my Left Main experience-- five months after they denied me a refund to my purchase, the CRM is still not set up properly. 

I think they would also deny any tenant claims if they knew it was a rental.

They couldn't even show the house because the tenant was denying entry.
