Hi, I have a cylinder lock that, when I showed a picture  to a couple locksmiths, is supposedly incompatible with any smartlocks because the door is too thin where the lock is located. 

@Brad Taylor When I first started I just changed out the cylinders from one property to another so never went back into the same property but Kwikset cane up with the smart key.

Tom Henderson I almost forgot, both the element and HHR are 4 cylinders!

My neighbor next door is asking to split the cost of converting a wood fence to cylinder blocks due to my tenant hosing down the yard due to pets waste and water sloping into her side.

- Kiwkset 816 Key Control Deadbolt - this one has two cylinders so I think one can be a master key, and one can be rekeyed for tenants at each turnover - anyone using these that can confirm?

Each lock has two cylinders, a master cylinder and a tenant cylinder with a movable face plate.

I personally use Land Lord Locks, which is a system that provides me with a master key and also a control key that lets me change cylinders (not lock sets).

When ag is firing on all cylinders, it's kind of a rising tide lifts all boats scenario.
