Networking with local wholesalers and real estate agents who specialize in investment properties can also lead to off-market opportunities.

Then to find inventory, you need to search out, i.e. network, and find out who is creating these type of notes or you help people that may have an interest in seller financing how to create a note that is marketable to the secondary market.

Do you know if there's any networking events happening in Northern NJ?

I completed an internship in commercial real estate, and I also attended a couple of local REIA meetings/networking events before moving to Northern VA.I was able to narrow down potential strategies, and I figured both BRRR as well as wholesaling don't seem to be the best strategies for me.

💪 Start by networking with local investors and wholesalers to find deals, build relationships with contractors and lenders, and analyze numbers relentlessly so you don’t overpay.Stay focused, take action, and don’t be afraid to learn as you go! 

The goal of my post was to connect and network with potential buyers or investors who is interested in buying fixer-upper, or off the market properties.
