As a side note the "Median" rents for the whole country are on a HUD website and is updated every year to the new rent levels, so you can see how your rents compare to the HUD Median rents. 

Its pretty much a necessity as the loans are so large on average compared to other areas of the country..

I'm not sure the market will outpace the rest of the country in valuation growth.

Rents go up and mortgage stays the same aka they cash flow more and more the longer you hold even with a mortgage.The above statement doesn't hold nearly as much water when you consider taxes and insurance in many parts of the country.

Every unit has its own "microsite" of sorts with seperat msg threads and you can't write your own descriptions (which is understandable as they don't have seperate websites for different countries so they write "translation safe" descriptions for you), but still, it's no Airbnb.

From what I see, there are people who invest in different real estate markets all over the country.

but some parts of the country there is lots of old stock that can be recycled.I mean you could go into Gary indiana right now and buy 100 homes straight away..
