I am thinking about selling the property as it is becoming more difficult for me to manage from a distance.

If you come to me and say you super handy ready to take on a major renovation my answer will be different compared to if you come to me saying you need turnkey and 30 minute commute to NYC.  

I was looking to BRRRR but I think that New Construction would be a good way to get my feet in long distance investing.

Although, with all of the trips going down to Texas, having been burglarized, and in an area next to an active trap house that was selling drugs on the corner... occasional gunshots in the distance..

Find something in state or the next state over that is in driving distance. 

I hope that they listened to what I said - one recent person who is house hacking decided to look within a 2 hour driving distance instead of buying over a 1000 miles away.
