@Eric Sztanyo you'll eventually find how good comedy this is.  

I could write a comedy about their reasons why the office they've been in for 5 years has suddenly become uninhabitable :).I'm willing to work with them, and said I'd let them out if WE (they and/or me) could find another acceptable tenant.  

It's better than a comedy club the excuses lame tenants.. squatters.. come up with as to why they should be allowed to continue freeloading in a house.

Not sure if I've heard of anyone else who does comedy so far.

I remember comedy clubs in the late 80's popping up everywhere and ten years later how many were left?   

(ie getting paid from comedy clubs in multiple states & write offs for owning a property and being a landlord once I am) I figure most people that can do the real estate part can figure out the other part...any recommendations? 

Are you starting a comedy show or did you just open a BP account to be nasty and make believe you know what you're talking about...Very harsh words coming from a poser like you about me & others. 

I can listen to comedy, news programs etc but I am not sure how to add BP.

I wish the English language had a single succinct word for 'absolute comedy gold'...

So a 3 star rating because of lack of quality jokes...means Josh and Brandon's humor is 1 star *adjusted for inflation(you can find the bigger pockets comedy rating calculator in biggerpocket.com/laughs)Yeah some of the jokes and humor are a little stale, but at least they are trying to make a show that is actually fun and interesting to listen to.
